With polyvinyl alcohol as its raw material, PVA fiber is a high strength and modulus fiber produced by a special process. It has advantage of high strength, high modulus, low elongation, good dispersing, acid and alkali resistance, wear-resistance, UV resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has good combination with cement, thus it can be used as all types of reinforcing materials. Now it is widely used in many construction field, such as dam of water project and hydraulic power, basement, harbour engineering, concrete slab and so on.

Performance

PVA fiber is with the purpose of high modulus, high strength, alkali and acid resistance, heat resistance. It also has good compatibility with cement and other macromolecule material.

PVA fiber is mainly used in construction, cement industry, non asbestos material for heat and attrition resistance, plastic and rubber reinforcement.

PVA fiber is a good substitution of Asbestos.
