I am a middle-aged person between the 70s and 80s, so far engaged in dry mortar series of work has been 20 years.

I just graduated from university in 2003, majoring in international trade. After graduation, I was full of longing for work. In 2003, I applied for a textile company, and after one and a half years of marketing, I moved to a factory that produced redispersible latex powder(redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA).

In the first week after entering the factory, I had a deep understanding of the redispersible latex powder. Later, after training, I learned that Puyang Ruidaxu New materials Co., Ltd. is the second factory to produce redispersible latex powder (redispersible polymer powder, RDP powder, EVA).

Redispersible emulsion powder(redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA) is a new type of dry mixed mortar additive, which plays the role of bonding, anti-hanging, weatherability and increasing the flexibility of mortar. In the early 2000’s, China’s construction industry just started, at that time the housing price was only 1,000 yuan per square meter, many residents did not realize the importance of buying a house, most of them rented. I think the construction industry is a new type of industry, is a thriving industry, so I choose to stay.

I have been in the dry mixed mortar industry for 20 years since 2004, and I have also been in the dry mortar industry for 20 years. For the redispersible emulsion powder(redispersible polymer powder, RDP powder, EVA ), I do not know how to evaluate this product, because although it is a basic chemical, it is not a product that must be added. For example, in the tile binder, tile adhesive,wall putty powder, plasters, concrete repair mortar, gypsum applications, self-leveling compounds, coating morars for EIFS, Grouts, Decoration, powder paints, sealing slurries,plastering mortar, external wall plastering mortar, external wall insulation mortar, repair mortar, plaster grade mortar, cement grade mortar, repair mortar, pointing agent, polystyrene mortar, waterproof mortar, hydrophobic mortar etc., latex powder can be dispersed, latex powder is not the main additive, cement, sand, etc. HPMC, must be added, some mortar factories in order to reduce costs, do not add redispersible emulsion powder (redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA ), so the sales of redispersible emulsion powder( redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA)has been lower than the sales of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC).

With the change of China’s policy, China’s construction industry has gone into the sunset, but the factories that can re-disperse latex powder and cellulose ether have increased on the contrary, frankly speaking, I as a 20-year insiders, the name of many re-disperse latex powder manufacturers I actually do not know. It can be seen how powerful the Chinese market is for the construction industry. Now there are more dispersible latex powder manufacturers, the domestic market has been saturated, resulting in a large number of Redispersible latex powder (redispersible polymer powder) factories began to do export business, many enterprises than the price, than the payment terms, but I do not know that this ratio will make the market more and more chaotic.

I am just a producer of redispersible latex powder(redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA) and a witness to the development of redispersible latex powder (redispersible polymer powder,RDP powder, EVA) in the Chinese market. I hope I grow with the redispersible powder, forever.
